Join a supportive community of women navigating faith transitions using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. This 6-week group is designed to help you develop practical skills for managing emotional challenges and embracing personal growth. Led by a licensed therapist, the sessions offer a safe space to explore your experiences and connect with others on a similar path.
Sessions are held in person in Gilbert, Arizona on November 10th - December 15th Sunday evenings at 5:30PM. Each session is $85.00 and there is a 6-week commitment
